The purchase and registration areas of our site (OnLine Shop) are secure. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption to prevent unauthorized access to your information. Returns
No returns will be accepted without an RMA# (call for RMA#). Merchandise can be returned only within two weeks of the original delivery and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice / receipt and RMA# and must be in the same condition they were in at the original time of sale. Damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Items in retail packaging will likewise not be accepted if the packaging is damaged or altered. No returns on electrical components or books will be accepted Shipping charges are non-refundable.
